Refund policy

All sales are final. 

We make sure orders are prepared successfully. Once package is passed to the carrier (UPS), NSBrow&Beauty, LLC can not take responsibility for the package if its missing/lost or damaged/broken. If damaged or lost buyer should contact UPS and file a claim online.
