Shipping Policy

We ship exclusively with UPS. Domestic shipments take between 3-4 business days once shipped. All packages ship with delivery confirmation, and while tracking information is provided, it does not always reflect the current status of the package. We strive to always ship within 1-4 business days. Orders ship Monday-Friday, except major holidays. 

 

Once package is passed to the carrier (UPS), NSBrow&Beauty, LLC can not take responsibility for the package if its missing/lost or damaged/broken. If damaged or lost buyer should contact UPS and file a claim online.
